Agent Johnson and Agent Shannon are sitting in a room with Ritchie Degrazzio. Ritchie is sitting with a cigarette hanging out of his mouth. He is looking at the two agents but he doesn't seem to be listening to them. The agents takes turns screaming at him, trying to get information out of him but he remains silent. Finally Agent Johnson pulls a chair up beside Ritchie.

Agent Johnson: Do you really think this code of silence bullshit is going to keep you alive? You killed a Gomezabino family member..a "Blood" family member. Do you really think those guys will just forgive and forget? Think about it asshole. We are your only option.

Agent Shannon: Listen you stupid fuck. We have you for murder. You have no way out. You still had the god damn weapon in your hand when we busted in. You got not options left.

Ritchie: Yeah, right. I cooperate with you and I am good as dead anyway. There is nothing keeping me from the grave now.

Agent Johnson: Then make a deal and we can get you a new identity. We can move you far away from here and all this bullshit you call a life. We can make this go away Ritchie.

Ritchie: I didn't mean to kill Carlito. That was a complete accident. Where the fuck is my lawyer anyway? He should be here by now.

Agent Johnson: He is on his way. Traffic is wall to wall.

Ritchie: Don't give me that traffic speak. I know what the fuck this is. You think if you can keep me here long enough that I will cooperate? Go fuck yourselves ok? You and this closet faggot here can go play your little cock loving games with each other but leave me the fuck alone!

Agent Shannon: Your lawyer is not going to get you out of this. And just remember one thing.. you got two options if you don't cooperate with us Ritchie... Life in prison and death!

Ritchie: Yeah we'll see about that.

The two agents leave the room as Ritchie sits in the chair waiting for his lawyer to show up. The two agent enter an adjacent room with a two way mirror in it where they can keep an eye on Ritchie. As they watch him they begin to talk to each other.

Agent Johnson: He's gonna be hard to crack.

Agent Shannon: Give me ten minutes alone with him and I will get him to turn.

Agent Johnson: It won't be that easy. His father was a very influential member of the organization. As Boss he commanded a lot of respect. I am betting Ritchie is hoping that will be enough to keep him alive.

Agent Shannon: And you?

Agent Johnson: Jay Gomezabino letting a guy off after killing a blood member of his family? Ritchie is a dead man if he doesn't cooperate.

Scene 2: CW General Hospital

Jay is seen leaving with John and Joey by his side. Mikey Wallstreet is standing at the car with the door open waiting for Jay to come down the stairs. As they are coming down the stairs, a grey sedan races up the street towards the hospital. John sees the car and immediately grabs Jay and throws him to the ground and lays on top of him while Joey pulls out his gun and starts firing at the car. The occupants in the car immediately return fire at the three men as Mikey pulls out his gun and fires off three shots hitting the driver in the shoulder causing him to momentarily veer off the road before regaining control and speeding off. Jay looks up as the car speeds off down the road. He looks at John as he stands up.

Jay: You mind telling me what the fuck just happened there?

John: I tried to tell you earlier. Chang blames us for that attempt on his life. Word on the street has it that he has placed a five million dollar contract on your head.

Jay: MY HEAD? What the fuck do I have to do with all of this?

John: He doesn't care anymore. He has flipped the fuck out!

Mikey comes running up the stairs looking like he just won the lottery.

Mikey: I got the sonova Bitch! Shot him right in the head!

Joey: Funny! Looked like the shoulder to me.

Mikey: It was the head!

Joey: Shoulder!

Mikey: HEAD!

John: You moron! How the fuck could you have shot him in the head if he was able to drive away? Give your fucking head a shake!

Mikey smiles sheepishly and breaks into laughter.

Mikey: Well it very well could have been the head just the same..point is.. I hit one of them!

Jay: Enough of this shit. Take me home. We need to settle this shit. John, you get me Teddy Zirelli. Tell him I got a piece of work for him to do. It's time we get Jimmy out of the way once and for all.

John: What about Tao?

Jay: I will handle the fallout, you just contact Ted.

John: And the Ritchie situation?

Jay: Nobody makes a move on that until we know exactly what's going on.

John: Ok,Mikey and I will get you home. Joey will go see Teddy personally. I don't like phones!

They leave in separate cars and speed off as the sound of police cars can be heard in the distance. Stunned witnesses stand around in a daze over what has just gone down.

Scene 3: CWFBI Headquarters

Agent Johnson and Agent Shannon are still trying to get Ritchie to crack. His lawyer is now present but the questioning continues.

Agent Shannon: We are your only option here Ritchie. Be reasonable. Take the opportunity to make something with the rest of your life. You are too young to spend the rest of your life behind bars.

Lawyer: Oh come on. You are harassing my client now. Unless you are planning to actually charge him...

Agent Johnson: (Interrupting the lawyer) You bet your ass we are charging him. He was standing over the deceased and he was still holding the murder weapon which forensics has established as the weapon used in the killing. So don't stand there acting like we do not have a fucking case.

Lawyer: In that case then I am instructing my client to remain silent and we will wait to see the Judge in the morning.

Agent Shannon: We can wait all we want. And then we will wait some more.. we will push for no bail and we can let this sit in the system for weeks, months, maybe even years before we go to trial. Hell, you may even do a few years of dead time before we even think about going to trial. Hell, we are patient, I can wait...can you?

Ritchie's lawyer tries to speak up but Ritchie puts up his hand silencing him. He looks at the two agents and remains silent for about a minute before he finally lets out a sigh and puts his head on the table. He covers his head with his hands and he mumbles, in an almost childish like tone, "What are you offering?"...

Scene 4: China Town

Tao is sitting at a table in a dark room in the back of a packing house in China Towns east end. He is surrounded by his group leaders who have called a meeting to complain about the tensions arising from the dispute between Chang and The Degrazzio/Gomezabino Organization. Smoke fills the room from the cigars and cigarettes permeating the air. They are arguing back and forth over what should be done. Tao finally slams his hand down on the table. He mumbles a few words in Cantonese and the other men start to nod in agreement. As they are talking the door comes flying open as it is kicked in from the other side.

Chang is standing in the doorway with his entourage of henchmen surrounding him. They keep their guns drawn and pointed at the individuals in the room as one of the men goes around removing any weapons they have and bringing them to Jimmy. Jimmy tilts his sun glasses low enough to see the men over top of them. He looks at Tao and smiles widely.

Chang: Come now..Why the long face? Surprised to see me gentlemen? Or did I interrupt your little meeting?

Tao: What do you think this is going to prove? You think they will follow you when I am gone?

Chang: Follow me? I don't want they to follow me. They are useless to me. Your whole organization is useless to me. You and the old ones, with your old traditions. It's time you woke up Uncle.

Tao: You do not have the right to call me that. You ceased being my blood when you killed your father.

Chang: I told you.. I DID NOT KILL MY FATHER!

Tao: You are a disgrace to this family and this organization. I am ashamed to call you my sister's son. I would rather die a thousand deaths than call you my nephew. You are dead to me.

Chang: That's good. About what I expected from you Uncle. Always the leader and never the follower. Go To hell Uncle.

Chang points his gun at Tao and blasts him hitting him four times in the chest. The others look in horror and Tao gasps for breath for a few seconds before slumping forward, head slamming off the table before he finally hits the floor dead. Blood can be seen flowing from the wounds. The others stare at Chang who is now standing at the head of the table. he looks around at each of the group leaders.

Chang: As you have just witnessed, I am no mood for games. Those of you who choose to follow me, will be shown my appreciation. Those of you who have a problem with how I run things.. you can join my uncle here if you like.

The men look around at each other and none of them makes a sound.

Chang: I will assume you are all with me. This meeting is fucking over. I run things now. You report to me every week. If any of you thinks about double crossing me.. I will kill your kids and your wife before I get to you.. remember that!

They all get up from the table and leave the room. Each of them takes a moment to look at their fallen Boss. Each of them file out the door one at a time as Chang's goons watch over them, guns still pointed.

Scene 5: The Gomezabino Compound

The guys have just left Jay's place and the only ones left in the house now are the maid, nurse, Jay, Joe and John. They are sitting at the kitchen table eating a late night dinner of pasta and chicken. It seems a bit greasy as Joe is constantly wiping his hands on the towel that the maid has placed on the table. Jay is eating like he has never seen food before and John seems to be barely picking at his food.

Jay: You got somethin on your mind?

John: This shit with Ritchie. Why the fuck would he kill Carlito? I mean.. I have seen him flip out before but never to that extreme. Crystal said they were arguing.

Joe: Ritchie knew he was not supposed to go near Chang. I specifically told him that. Carlito probably flipped out on him for it causing things to escalate from there.

Jay: Carlito is gone. There is nothing we can do about that now. What we need to do is find out where they got Ritchie. He has been gone way to long. They are not letting him out and we need to find out why. If that cocksucker flips, we are all in a lot of trouble.

John: You really think he'll flip?

Jay: He is facing life in prison. What do you think?

Joe: Ritchie isn't as tuff as his dad was. The ole man died in the can. Ritchie swore he would never go out like that.

Jay: Trust me. Ritchie aint going out like that. That sonova Bitch is going out old school. Eye for an eye. But first, we deal with Chang.

As They are talking, John's cell phone rings. He answers it and talks for a few seconds before hanging up. He puts the cell phone down on the table and grabs his coffee and gulps down the rest.

John: Well, fuck that sit-down with Tao. He's dead!

Jay: Dead? Dead how?

John: I just got word that Jimmy Chang and his boys just busted up a sit-down and killed Tao. Chang is running things now.

Joe: Jesus Christ. If he has them all behind him, he will be hard to stop Jay.

Jay: Fuck that! He kills a Boss and he expects us to believe that they are all behind him? I don't buy it for a second. Somebody doesn't like this guy. I want you guys to put your ear to the ground on this one. I want Chang dead. He puts a contract on me..fine.. we will do the same. Ten million to the guy who kills Chang!

Joe: Hold on a second.. ten million? Are you fucking insane? That tumour fucked you up bro.

Jay: Get it done. I am not asking!

John: I'll get Steve on it right away. In the meantime, I think it's best if we get the guys together...

Jay: I agree.. It's time we go to the mattresses!

Scene 6: Teddy Zirelli's house

Joey Merlino arrives at Teddy's house. He walks up the driveway and notices the front door is open. He slowly opens the door and yells inside.

Joey: hello? Ted.. you around?

He hears nothing. As he enters the house he can hear the sound of water running in the kitchen. He makes his way to the kitchen and walks around the corner. There he see's Teddy laying on the floor. He has an obvious gunshot wound in the back of his head and blood is everywhere. Joey picks up his cell phone and begins to dial. The camera pans back as a gun is seen raising up behind Joey's head. One quick shot rings out and Joey hits the floor dead. His body crumples down on top of Teddy. Joey lets out his last breath as his body goes limp. The camera pans back to the doorway. It slowly pans up and you can see Lady Gambale and Bullseye standing over the bodies.
