Brady is in his office with Lieutenant Dowrie. They are watching the news and by the appearance on their faces, they are disgusted with what they are watching. As they sit there in disbelief, the sound of the news broadcast can be heard echoing through the police station as police officers all over the office are watching on various television sets.

News Broadcast: Reputed Mob Boss Jason "Jay Da Wop" Gomezabino was released today due to new evidence that was brought in exonerating him of all charges against him. The key witness that was supposed to show up to the trial was found dead late last night on the cities east side. Although Mr. Gomezabino had no comment for the press, rumours are circulating that Gomezabino had the witness killed after the witness left the witness protection program and went on his own. Police found the Body of Charlie Wilson in a landfill on the cities east side. As cameras rolled, Gomezabino was seen running from the courthouse surrounded by bodyguards as he got into his stretch limo and drove off.

Brady kicks the television over and punches the wall.

Brady: This is fuckin bullshit. We fucking had him...we had him!

Dowrie: It isn't over Cap. He fucked up once, he will do it again.

Brady: He is too fucking smart for that. He will be so fuckin careful now we wont be able to get near the cocksucker.

Dowrie: So we concentrate on the foot soldiers. They roll over faster that Christ could skin an Indian.

Brady: That's just it.. they are small fish, nothing but scraps. We need to fish where the big boys play.

Dowrie: What do you suggest?

Brady: I'm gonna give my brother a call. He is still upstate visiting my uncle. Maybe he can bring someone in. Someone fresh.

Dowrie: In the meantime I will hit the beat and see what we can drum up. Chances are somebody will have something for us. I am betting all the scum of the city has heard about Gomezabino's release.

Brady: I want surveillance on the hospital. Gomezabino will no doubt try to go see his brother.

Dowrie: I'll send an unmarked unit down there now.

Brady: Tell them not to use the usual vehicles. Da Wop is smart. He'll be looking for them.

Dowrie: I'll get right on it Cap.

Dowrie leaves Brady's office as Brady picks up the phone and starts dialling.

Scene 2: Johny Fingers' club.

The club is packed with gangsters from all over the city. They are all anxiously waiting for Jay to arrive. The bartender is slinging drinks just as fast as the men can order them. Crystal and Lady Gambale are in the corner laughing it up with Bullseye and Caesar. Slick Rick can be seen shooting pool with Joey Merlino. Suddenly the music stops and everything is silent. Everyone turns towards the door and standing there is Jay and two bodyguards. Jay has a deranged look on his face as he puts his hand on his hips.

Jay: Is this all you degenerate fucks do while I'm away?

Everyone breaks into laughter and they all start greeting Jay and hugging him welcoming him back. The music starts up again and the girls start dancing. Steve put the closed sign up and the party continues for members only. John and Jay go into the back office and close the door behind them. Jay sits down at the desk while John pours them a drink. John sets a drink down in front of Jay as Jay takes off his coat and lights up a cigar. His cigar smoke fills the air around his head as he begins to speak.

Jay: You guys take of that problem like I asked?

John: No more problem.

Jay: Anyone been to see Joe?

John: I've been there every day man. He aint doing so good. Doc says he hasn't responded to any visitors. he just sits in that chair staring out the window.

Jay: I want to go see him.

John: You sure you want to risk that so close to you getting out?

Jay: I want to see my brother.

John: Your the Boss. Let's go.

They both leave the office and head out of the club while others shake hands and hug Jay as they leave. As they get outside the camera pans to a van park just down the street. Inside the van are 3 CWFBI agents taking pictures of Jay and John as they leave the club. As they are taking pictures the camera freezes on a black and white picture of Jay and John walking to the car together.

Scene 3: CW General Hospital.

The camera is on Joe's face. As the camera pans back you can see Joe sitting in a wheelchair looking out the window of his hospital room. In the back ground you can see Jay standing in the doorway. Jay stands there staring at his brother in the wheelchair. He lets out a sigh and looks at the floor then walks into the room.

Jay: How you doing little brother?

Joe just continues to look out the window. Jay walks over to the chair beside Joe and sits down to the side of Joe. He looks at Joe for a while then begins to speak again.

Jay: They let me out this morning. Turns out Charlie had an accident.

Joe doesn't respond. He continues to stare out the window.

Jay: You're gonna walk again Joe. I am going to do everything in my power to help you walk again. I know you're hurtin bro. I can only imagine what you are going through..

Joe turns his head towards Jay with tears welling in his eyes. He begins to talk in a trembling voice.

Joe: Can you? Can you fucking imagine not being able to use your legs? I don't fucking think you can imagine Jay. You can't begin to imagine what the fuck I am going through. None of you can!

Joe begins to get very enraged and begins yelling.

Joe: I GAVE MY LIFE TO THIS THING..LOOK AT ME! WHAT THE FUCK GOOD AM I NOW JAY? CAN YOU TELL ME THAT?

Jay looks away and doesn't say a word. He stands up and puts his hand on Joe's shoulder.

Jay: For what it's worth. Sonny is gone!

Joe: Please..just leave me alone.

Jay: I meant what I said. I won't give up on you little brother.

Joe: Just go..

As Jay makes his way to the door, Johny can be seen standing in the hall waiting for him. As Jay gets to the door, Joe speaks up and Jay turns to face him.

Joe: I schooled him you know? And look how I was repaid. Tell the others not to come. I'm done Jay. I am done..

Jay: You're not fucking done until I say you are done!

Jay looks at Joe and begins to get angry with him and begins to yell. He stands over Joe yelling at him.

Jay: Listen to me you ungrateful little fuck. What happened to you was unfortunate. Don't for a second think I don't wish I could have taken your place. You sit there with your poor me attitude and all I can say is What the fuck happened to the Joe that I grew up with? You want to be negative then you keep that shit to yourself. I WILL help you walk again.

Jay leaves the room and him and John get into the elevator and the scene switches to inside the elevator.

Jay: You get a hold of Dr. Mackenzie. You tell him I don't care how he does it or what it cost's me. I want him to find a way to get my brother to walk.

John: Jay, you can't be serious.

Jay: (Turns to John) Do I look like I am fuckin joking?

John: Ok, you got it. You know Boss, all due respect, you are stressin pretty bad.

Jay: This shit with Joe has got me tied in knots not to mention I just got word that Catone just took over 4 more of our stops over in Bloomfield. Cocksucker isn't happy with what I gave him! I warned him to stay out of there!

The elevator door opens and both men step out. As they get outside, Jay lights up a cigar.

Jay: I've been dying to light this fuckin thing. I hate hospitals.

The scene ends with Jay and John getting into the car and driving off.

Scene 4. Catone Sanitation.

It's 4am and Catone Sanitation is all quiet. The camera pans around and garbage trucks can be seen parked side by side inside the Catone Sanitation Compound. All is quiet except for the sound of foot steps walking. The camera pans back and you can see Crystal Genovese dressed in black walking away from the compound. The sound of dogs barking can be heard off in the distance. Crystal gets into a black sedan and drives off in a hurry. A few minutes goes by and suddenly a large explosion is heard and one by one the trucks begins to explode and burst into flames. 12 trucks in all are torched before the sound of sirens can be heard in the distance.

The scene switches to Jay standing near a phone booth outside John's club. As he is standing there, he lights up a cigar. As he finishes lighting the cigar the phone rings. He picks it up and he hears Crystals voice on the other end.

Crystal: Message sent.

Jay: Anyone see you?

Crystal: Oh please, you know me better than that.

Jay: And the other thing?

Crystal: My sister is taking care of that.

Jay hangs up the phone and walks back into the club.

The scene changes to A small house in a quiet neighborhood. The camera pans into the window of the house where you see an elderly man sitting in his lazy boy watching the television. The man is Carlo Catone, owner of Catone Sanitation. As he sips on his coffee and watches the news, he hears a knock at the door. He gets up off his chair and makes his way to the door. As he turns on the light and looks out the window he can see Akasha Standing there holding what looks like a large parcel type envelope. He opens the door.

Carlo: Hi there, can I help you?

Akasha: I have a package for Mr. Catone?

Carlo: That's me. Where do I sign?

Akasha: Right here fuck face!

Akasha reaches into the envelope and pulls out a 9mm and pumps 3 bullets into Carlo's chest and 2 more in his head. She runs off into the dark as the lights on Carlo's neighbours' houses begin to turn on all over the neighborhood and the sound of dogs barking can be heard everywhere...

The scene changes back to John's club. John is sitting with Jay and Joey Merlino. They are discussing business and having a few drinks when John's cell phone rings. John answers the phone and hangs up a second later. He turns to Jay.

John: It's done.

Jay: Good. I want you to put Paulie in charge of the Bloomfield contracts.

Merlino: All due respect Boss, Roger Gotti has been waiting to move up and he is good earner.

Jay: I have other plans for Roger.

The scene changes to the CW International Airport where Roger Gotti is standing in line to get his boarding pass. He makes his way up to the counter. The check in agent looks at his passport and information. She looks up at Roger.

Agent: How long will you be in Italy for Mr. Patriarca?

Roger: I'll be away for a week. Business trip. Hoping to secure some over seas ventures.

The agent hands him his ticket and passport.

Agent: Enjoy your trip Mr. Patriarca.

The scene fades out as Roger gets in line to board as the Agent calls out the boarding of his flight number.
