Joe is sitting in the kitchen catching up on recent events with John. He is being brought up to speed on what he has missed since he was away. As they are talking, Slick Rick comes into the kitchen.

Rick: There he is.... How you doing Joe, about time you got outta college.

Joe: Nice to see ya Rick, it's good to be home.

John: Ok, ok, enough with the pleasantries, Joe and I have business to discuss, go find us something to eat.

Rick: Who the fuck am I, the butler?

John looks at him with that look Rick has seen many times before.

Rick: Buuuut.. since I am a nice guy, I'll go make us all some sandwiches.

John: Sounds good, now get the fuck outta here.

Rick walks away with a sulking manner to his stride as he leaves the room.

Joe: You gotta be like that with him? He tries hard. A lot harder than a lot of these fucks we got around here.

John: (Laughing) Rick is a good kid, I just bust his balls so his ego stays in check!

Joe: I should have did that with Sonny.

John: Speaking of Sonny, I got word from one of our guys that Sonny wasn't killed in that explosion.

Joe: How the fuck is that? That car was completely destroyed. The coroner barely identified the body. They used his dental history to positively ID the body!

John: You're probably right. Maybe they were seeing a ghost.

Both men start laughing then Joe's phone rings. Joe answers the phone and a second later he just gets up and leaves the house and gets into his car and speeds off, leaving John sitting there wondering what the hell just happened.

Scene 2: The Gambale Family Mansion

Lady Gambale is walking through the estate gardens. She is accompanied by Billy Caputo and Bullseye. As they are walking and talking they stop momentarily as Lady bends down to hold an Orchid that is growing in the garden.

Lady: You 2 see this Orchid?

Bullseye and Billy both nod in recognition.

Lady: I had this specially shipped to me from England. It only grows under perfect conditions. I pay my people very well to make sure those conditions are kept perfect.

Both men look at each other with a confused look on their face wondering why she is telling them this.

Lady: You see gentlemen, I pay you two very well to make sure our operations run under perfect conditions don't I?

Bullseye: Where are you going with this exactly?

Billy: If this has to do with last nights casino bust, I can explain.

Lady puts her finger on Billy's lips to silence him.

Lady: I don't want to hear excuses. I want my fucking money. I lost 500 grand and I want it back!

Billy: You can't be serious. The feds got the cash.

Bullseye: Your thinking crazy shit now, you need to relax and we can all think of a way to get it back.

Lady: Relax (She starts to get excited) It was ME who lost 500 grand, not you. But I tell you what boys, I will make it easy on you.

Both men look at each other with a worried expression on their face.

Lady: Both of you were in charge of that casino. Somebody fucked up, I don't know who, and I don't want to know who. If you boys don't get me my 500 grand by tomorrow night, it will be on your heads to pay me back!

Bullseye: (With a sarcastic tone) We'll get the fuckin money.

Both men leave the garden and the camera pans out as you can hear pan flute music in the background and you see Lady kneeling down and smelling the flowers as Sonny walks up and greets her in the garden.

Scene 3: Santino's Restaurant

Three CWFBI Agents are sitting at a table having dinner. They are talking about a case they are building against the Degrazzio family.

Agent Johnson: As it stands right now, cw14 is in a safe place. We are building a strong case and he can give us a lot of the upper echelon of the family if we play this right.

Agent Adams: We need to keep moving him. I don't trust anyone other than the men at this table right now.

Agent Wilson: We definitely have dirty agents. We need to flush them out somehow. We can't afford to lose this witness gentlemen.

Agent Johnson: Why is it that every time we try to nail this family, someone either dies or the Judge is so fucking stupid he lets them off on a technicality.

Agent Wilson: It's this fucking system. It is supposed to protect us, unfortunately it also protects them to a certain extent.

Agent Adams: We need to concentrate on R.I.C.O. That is the only way we are going to take these guys down.

Agent Johnson: We need to get to the Brother. I know he was responsible for having Totino killed.

Agent Wilson: Wasn't he still in jail when that happened?

Agent Johnson: These guys are smart. They got ways of reaching out. It is up to us to cut off that arm of his!

Agent Adams: What about a wire tap? Couldn't you go see Judge Hailey and get him to do us a favor? We need that warrant.

Agent Johnson: A warrant for the Degrazzio Compound? How are we going to explain that? We can't just invade this guys privacy without repercussions.

Agent Wilson: So what are you saying? Go in without a warrant?

Agent Johnson: Do you want this guy as bad as I do?

Agent Adams: Even if we do get him on tape, we wouldn't be able to use it in court.

Agent Johnson: Maybe not, but we just may get some valuable info that we have been waiting for.

Agent Wilson: Is it worth losing our jobs for?

Agent Johnson: No, more than that.. it is worth dying for!

The camera pans back as the men go back to eating and the scene fades to black.

Scene 4: CWFBI Safehouse

Charlie is sitting in front of the TV. as four agents are sitting at the table playing cards. Charlie is visibly bored and starts pacing back and forth around the room.

Charlie: How fuckin long are we gonna have to be here before this goes to court?

Agent #1: As long as it takes, sit the fuck down and watch T.V. You fuckin bitched long enough to get it, watch the fuckin thing.

Charlie looks at the agent for a moment but then sits down as he is told. He begins to flip through a news paper then reads about the death of Totino.

Charlie: Holy fuckin shit. Why didn't anyone tell me about this?

Agent #2: What?

Charlie: (He begins to read the article out loud.) "Police were called to the scene of a grizzly murder late Saturday. The body of reputed Mob Boss, Gaetano Totino was found in his home. He had been stabbed and shot several times. Police say it is one of many mob related deaths they have investigated as of late."

Agent#3: Who gives a fuck? Just another fuckin criminal.. like you!

The agents break into laughter as Charlie sits there getting angrier by the minute. He flips through the channels of the TV. and he is getting more and more anxious to leave the Safehouse. He looks at the bathroom door for a moment.

Charlie: I'm gonna go have a piss, one of you fuckheads wanna come hold it for me?

Agent #1: Get the fuck outta here. Don't make us have to come in there and separate you from your hand!

They all break into laughter again.

Charlie: Ha, ha you're a fuckin gas you know that.

He walks away mumbling under his breath as the bathroom door shuts behind him.

The agents sit there for a while playing cards. Almost 30 minutes goes by before one of them looks up at the bathroom door.

Agent #3: He's been in there a while. (Yelling) Hey shithead, you flush yourself down the toilet?

There is dead silence. All four agents stand up and walk towards the bathroom door. One of them checks the door and it is locked.

Agent #4: Open the fuckin door Charlie. You know the rules.

They still hear nothing but silence.

Agent #1: Open this fucking door Charlie or I am going to kick it in.

The agent waits for a moment then stands back and boots the door in with one swift kick. The bathroom is completely empty. The window is open and you can see the drape swinging in the wind.

End of scene.

Scene 5: City Hall

A white van is sitting in an alley behind City Hall. Three men in ski masks are inside the van waiting for something. As they are sitting there, a police car pulls up and two officers get out. One of them is holding a duffel bag and the other is holding a brief case. They begin to walk up the steps of city hall when the three men in the white van jump out and run out from the alley and run straight at the cops. Before the cops can pull out their guns, both of them are gunned down in front of hundreds of witnesses. The three men take the duffel bag and the briefcase and run off and get into the van and speed off. Just then an armoured car pulls up and the two officers inside call for back up.

Meanwhile, the white van is speeding off down the freeway. The three men pull off their ski masks. Bullseye, Billy Caputo and Peter Gambale are laughing and cheering as they speed off down the road. Everything seems to have gone off without a hitch.

Billy: Yes, yes, yes, we did it boys. We got the Bosses money and god knows what else is in the duffel bag.

Bullseye: That went down so fucking smooth it was almost too easy.

As they are talking, Peter is opening the briefcase and he starts going through the contents. A look of panic comes over his face as he throws the briefcase aside and begins to frantically go through the duffel bag. As he is doing this, Bullseye and Billy are looking at him with a great deal of concern.

Peter: NOOO NO NO NO.. MOTHERFUCKER! It's not here man!

Bullseye: What the fuck you mean?

Billy pulls the van off the main road and down a gravel road to a barn in the middle of nowhere. He jumps into the back of the van and goes through the briefcase and duffel bag for himself, confirming what Peter already stated.

Billy: He's right, fuck!

Bullseye: What did we just kill two cops over?

Peter: A contractual agreement, some court papers and the duffel bag had what appears to be some old shoes and a jean jacket...I am assuming it is evidence of some kind for some other fucking case...motherfucker we are dead meat!

All three men sit there as they realize what kind of mistake they have just committed. Billy's phone begins to ring. He looks down at the caller ID and see's that it is Lady Gambale. He tosses the phone into the corner of the van and lets out a sigh as all three men sit back in total silence.

Scene 6: The Degrazzio Compound

John is at the bar pouring a drink as him and Joe are discussing a phone call he John got from Jay from prison. As they are talking, Mac walks into the room fresh from his Florida trip.

Joe: Nice to have you back.

Mac: I never thought I'd be glad to be back here, but I am.

John: Good job on that piece of work.

Joe: Yeah good job man. I won't forget that favour you did for me.

Mac: Anytime Joe, you know that.

John: You showed up just in time kid.

Mac: Oh yeah, why is that?

John: Joe.. you want to tell him the good news?

Joe can barely contain his ear to ear grin as he stands up and looks at Mac.

Joe: The ole man made me Captain of the Totino crew.

Mac: (Hugs Joe) That's fantastic. When did this happen?

John: We got the call this afternoon.

Mac: (With a look of confusion) What about Matt?

Joe: (His face becomes extremely serious) Right about now he is probably at the bottom of the harbour.

The scene switches to a Fishing boat out in the harbour. There is total darkness except a faint glow of the harbour lights miles away. On the boat are Santino Gomezabino and Carlo Catone. In a chair unconscious is Matt Totino. He is tied up and his feet can be seen in an aluminium tub filled with cement. As he is sitting there unconscious, Carlo throws ice water in Matt's face waking him up instantly.

Carlo: Wakey wakey motherfucker!

Matt: (With a groggy tone in his voice) Wha...what the fuck is going on.

Santino: Welcome to the last few minutes of your life fuckhead!

Matt: What did I do? (Starts to cry) Why you doing this to me fellas?

Santino: Your Uncle got clipped yesterday kid. It's just logical to get rid of any family that might want to try and avenge that incompetent fuck!

Matt: I swear to god I would nev..

Carlo: (Punches Matt in the face) SHUT THE FUCK UP!

Carlo and Santino both take a side of the chair and the tub and begin to carry Matt to the side of the boat. Matt is screaming uncontrollably now and pleading for the men to stop what they are about to do. Both men just start to laugh as they throw him over. Matt sinks almost instantly. They watch as his hair disappears below the water and all they see is bubbles coming up then nothing. They both stare at the water for a while then they turn around and go back into the cabin of the boat. The camera pans out as the boat speeds off towards the harbour.
