Totino is sitting in his mansion surrounded by various bodyguards. Tension has been mounting within the family since Charlie went into the witness protection program. He is looking out his window as he takes a drink from his glass. The aroma of incense fills the room as he walks over and turns on a small fan. He turns on the television and leaves it on the news channel. He throws the remote control on the sofa as a knock at the door is heard. One of Totino's men come into the room.

Guard: Mr. MaKenna is here to see you sir.

Totino: Show him in.

The guard leaves the room for a moment and returns with Mac. Totino and Mac sit down at the table and one of the guards pours them a drink.

Totino: What brings you down to Miami un announced?

Mac: I'm afraid I got some bad news GT.

Totino: (His face grows cold) What kind of news?

Mac: Well, remember when you and I did that thing a while back. You know, our friend that went away in the explosion?

Totino: (Stands up) What the fuck you gettin at?

Totino's guards stand behind and beside Totino looking at Mac.

Mac: Joe found out that we were involved is what I am getting at. Word has it that he wants us dead.

Totino: Fuck him. That fat prick is in the can making sandwiches. He aint gonna do shit.

Mac: You're talkin foolish. Jay has given him the green light to take care of this.

Totino: No fuckin way he is going to let Joe kill a fucking Boss of a family.

Mac: You may be the Boss down here, but you are still the Underboss of the Degrazzio family.

Totino: That motherfucker can kiss my ass! Who the fuck does he think he is anyway. He is going to get to me down here? Do you see what I have here? I have a fucking army down here. You tell that fat fuck that he can come and try!

Totino's guards suddenly grab Totino and slam him into his chair and hold him there.

Totino: (Yelling and struggling) WHAT THE FUCK IS THIS? YOU FORGET I'M A BOSS?

Mac: Well you were right about one thing bro. You do have an army down here.

Mac reaches down and grabs Totino by the shirt and brings him in close.

Mac: But don't ever fucking think it is YOUR army!

Mac pulls out a bowie knife and viciously begins to stab Totino repeated over and over as the guards hold him in place. As Totino is gasping for air in between the muffled screams, blood can be seen splattering across the walls. Mac stops and stands over Totino. Totino is almost dead. He is gasping for air as Mac pulls out his gun. He pulls Totino's head up and holds the gun to his head.

Mac: This is for Sonny asshole!

He blows a hole in the side of Totino's head and he slumps to the floor dead.

End of scene.

Scene 2: CW General Hospital

Captain Brady is being released from the hospital. He is signing his release forms and being updated by Lieutenant Brennan as to what has been going on since he has been away.

Brady: So what's the status on Gomezabino? We know he was involved in that explosion.

Brennan: Well if he was, he still isn't talking. We have visited him several times in prison and he won't say anything. Every time we get him alone, he clams up!

Brady: Please tell me the cw is still in the WPP?

Brennan: No worries their Captain, we still have him.

Brady: Wilcox, why didn't we see that comin?

Brennan: Wilcox owed a lot of money for gambling. It was only a matter of time before it caught up with him.

Brady: He tried to kill me. How fuckin bad could it have been.

Brennan: Apparently he was into Gomezabino for over 150 grand.

Brady: Jesus Christ! What possesses a man to gamble that much?

Brennan: We all got skeletons in our closets Cap.

Brady: Bring the car around, I gotta make some calls. It's time we turned up the heat on this guy. If he won't talk, then maybe his brother will. I want to see Joe Gomezabino as soon as I get out of my meeting with the Mayor.

Brennan: The Mayor?

Brady: We are working on something, maybe we can find a foothold somewhere that can give us a break in this investigation. This isn't just about a few gangsters getting killed anymore. This is now a full fledged investigation into the murder of 20 police officers and 1 district attorney!

As they are talkin, Brady's cell phone begins ringing. HE stops the conversation and reaches into his jacket and grabs the phone. He puts it to his ear.

Brady: Brady here...You sure about that? Sonova bitch! (Hangs up the phone)

Brady looks at Brennan.

Brady: Gaetano Totino was killed  this afternoon down in Miami.

Brennan: He was Boss of the Florida faction of the Degrazzio family right?

Brady: Was!

The scene fades out as Brady finishes signing his release forms.

Scene 3: CW State Penitentiary

Jay is sitting with with Joe in Jays cell. They are talking about Joe's up coming release and having a drink. Joe hides the bottle as one of the guards walk by. He takes the bottle back out and pours two more drinks for them. As they are drinking, an inmate by the name of Roger "The Muscle" Gotti comes into the cell. He is a soldier in the Degrazzio family and very close friend of the two Gomezabino brothers. Jay looks up at Roger.

Jay: What's up Rog.

Roger: Just got word on that piece of work you wanted done.

Jay: And?

Roger: The job is finished and the garbage was hauled out last night.

Jay and Joe look at each other and smile.

Joe: That cocksucker got off easy. If I was out, I'd have done it a lot different..and that fuck would have taken days to die!

Jay: He's gone..it's done! I don't want it mentioned again Capische'?

Joe: It's done.

Roger: So any ideas on who will fill the void? We need someone down there in Florida before Vinnie Gioleone moves in.

Jay: Fuck Gioleone. He fucking makes a move and we will hit him with everything we got.

Joe: Listen to what you are saying Jay. Gioleone has a large family. He won't go easy. Totino and Gioleone had a working relationship. Gioleone will definitely make a move now that Totino is out of the way.

Roger: Joe's right Boss. That's why we need a guy down there now, before Gioleone can make a move.

Jay: Get word to Johny. Tell him to get Carlito down there as soon as possible. Carlito is from there. He has good connections. He can turn to the Castelli outfit out of Sarasota. Joey and Carlito grew up together.

Joe: If we send Carlito down there, I want to be down there with him when I get out. O am not going to let anything happen to him like what happened to Sonny.

Jay: Carlito can take care of himself.

Joe: I still want to go down there.

Jay: ok, you go down there when you get out.

The scene fades to black.

Scene 4: Johny's bar

Johny, Joey Merlino and Steve Mazzone are sitting around the table playing cards and talking. Mazzone just brought up a job that he is thinking about doing but he needs men that Merlino has in his crew to get it done. They are talking about the job when John gets a call on his cell phone. He reaches into his pocket and pulls out the phone then opens it and puts it to his ear.

John: Hello... heeeyyyyy kid, I'll send someone over right away. (Hangs up the phone and looks at Merlino) Go down to the bus station and pick up Joe, he got out today.

Merlino: It's about fucking time. I was getting tired of making his collections.

Mazzone: Wait a sec, what about those guys I need. Can I have em or what?

Merlino: What's my end?

Mazzone: I can cut you in for 30%, that's the best I can do.

Merlino: 30% and my guys are doing the heavy lifting? Not good enough Steve, come on!

Mazzone: 30% man, Jesus John weigh in here will ya?

John: Ok look, we both know 30% aint gonna fly. Joey, you let your boys help Steve, and Steve you give Joey 40%.

Mazzone: ok, 40% it is.

Merlino: Sounds fair.

The scene ends as they all stand up and hug each other and leave the bar.

Scene 5: Lady Gambale's Limo.

Bullseye Pappalia and Billy Caputo are talking with Lady Gambale while on their way to an unknown destination. As they are travelling, Lady Gambale is informing them that Joe has just been released.

Bullseye: So they let the kid out early? Maybe it wasn't such a great thing with Jay alone inside.

Lady G: Alone? He is never alone inside.

Billy: Where the hell we going? We've been driving for over an hour.

Lady B: I have someone I want you guys to meet. He is an old friend of mine. He's been away for a while.

Bullseye: He? Why all the secrecy?

Lady B: It will be abundantly clear momentarily.

The car pulls into a parking lot where an old warehouse sits. A single car can be seen parked outside. The limo pulls up next to the abandoned car and comes to a stop. The three of them step out as 2 armed guards step out of the limo with them and stand guard as they look around.

Lady G: (Yelling) We're here, it's ok. You can come out!

A lone figure can be seen walking towards them from the dark of the warehouse. As he gets closer he can be seen wearing a jogging outfit complete with a pullover. He walks over to Lady and she hugs him. They both turn to the others and the mystery man removes his hood to reveal his face.

Lady B: Gentlemen, I'd like you to meet Sonny Provenzano.
