Gaetano Totino is in his Miami Home talking with Kevin Scarletto. Totino is in an outrage ranting and raving about the murders. He is completely out of control and Kevin is just sitting there listening to him rant.

Totino: Who the fuck does Johny think he is clipping Jimmy? Does he want my attention cause he fucking has it now!

Kevin: I don't think an internal war is the way to go in this case.

Totino: What the fuck do you know? You have no fucking clue what is going through my head!

Kevin: You got that right.

Totino: This is payback for me killing Sonny isn't it.

Kevin: How could they have known?

Totino: They got Jimmy, and they know Jimmy belongs to me! That cocksucker Sonny deserved to go. He was bringing too much heat around the family and now they pull a move like this? They killed 20 fuckin cops and they were worried about what we did?

Kevin: I am guided by you.

Totino: (Lets out a long sigh) whatta gonna do?

Kevin: (Looks at Totino with a serious look) I am going to do whatever you tell me to do Boss.

The scene fades out as Totino hugs Kevin.

Scene 2: Charlie's Pawn Shop

Charlie is sitting behind the counter reading the paper. Some window shoppers have just left the store. All is quiet except for a radio heard going n the back. The aroma of incense is pungent in the air as Charlie has incense burning everywhere. He flips the page and the bell above the door is heard. Charlie looks up and instantly breaks into a cold sweat as Joey D'Mig and JJ Valetti walk into the store. JJ turns and puts up the closed sign as Joey walks around the counter with his gun out. He walks up to Charlie and puts the gun to his head.

Joey: We got 2 questions for ya and if you have the right answers, you will survive this little encounter.

Charlie: Who the fu....

JJ: Shut the fuck up! (JJ Kicks Charlie in the face so hard that Charlie's nose shatters)

Joey: You still with us? Good! Where the fuck is the money and where is Luca Brasi?

Charlie: The money is in the top drawer. It took me a while to get it together but it's all there. You can count it.

JJ goes to the drawer and sure enough, there is an envelope in the drawer with Donovan's money in it. He looks at Joey and nods his head.

Joey: Ok, so where is Luca Brasi?

Charlie: (Holding his nose) How the hell am I supposed to know. I haven't seen Luca in months.

Joey: Bullshit! He was seen here last week and his car was found three blocks over. Where the fuck is he?

Charlie by now could see that these guys were going to kill him no matter what. Charlie had to think fast. Charlie suddenly moves to the right and grabs hold of Joey's gun as he swings out with his leg and catches JJ under the chin sending JJ to the floor unconscious and Charlie and Joey fight over the gun. they fight back and forth until finally Charlie is able to knock Joey to the floor. He points the gun at Joey.

Charlie: You wanted to see where Luca went? Now you will fuck face!

Charlie squeezes the trigger.... "Click".... the gun misfires and gives Joey enough time to get to his feet. Charlie hits Joey with the gun sending Joey to the floor. Charlie runs out of the store with Joey  right behind him. They run down the street pushing people out of their way as they are running. "Bang" "Bang" two shots ring out from Joey's gun and miss Charlie all together. "Bang" "Bang" two more shots ring out and this time one of the bullets graze Charlie's should sending him to the ground but he recovers immediately and runs down an alley way and jumps a fence and disappears into the crowd of people walking down the next street. Joey comes running up but he looks everywhere and cannot see Charlie.

Joey: Cocksucker! (Yelling) I'll find you ya sonova bitch!

Joey pulls out his cell phone and begins to dial as the scene fades to black.

Scene 3: CW General Hospital

Captain Brady is in a hospital bed. He is bandaged up but for the most part, relatively unscathed short of a broken arm he suffered in the explosion. He is laying there staring out the window looking at two birds fighting over a piece of bread he threw out on the ledge. He has his t.v. on with the volume low. the hews is heard in the background and the broadcast comes on talking about the explosion and the officers that lost their life as well as District Attorney Irene Waters. When Brady hears the announcement he breaks into tears. He stares at the screen and tears flow down his face. He then turns to a folder on his desk beside the bed. On the folder is simple written "Degrazzio Family". He flips through the documents and grabs his dring and is about to take a drink when the door opens. It is Wilcox and he is holding a box of chocolate and 2 hotdogs. He is also carrying a six pack of beer with him under his jacket.

Brady: What the hell are you doing?

Wilcox: You need to relax and get your mind of things for a while pal. Don't worry about the nurse, I slipped her a 50 and she said she will leave us alone.

Brady: I don't know what to say bro. This is nice.

Wilcox: Look...about what happened. you know you couldn't have prevented it right?

Brady: Yeah I know. I was so close. How the hell did they know?

Wilcox: You know how they work. They can find out anything they want if they dig hard enough.

Brady: No.. this time was different. I know for a fact there was only a few people who knew about it.

Wilcox walks over to the window. He looks out the window and sees the two birds.

Wilcox: You ever wish life could be as simple as that.. a birds life.

Brady: I don't get it. I am here.. Irene is dead.. the only other person who knew what we were going to do was.... you?

Wilcox turns around. He is holding a gun and screwing on a silencer.

Wilcox: You just couldn't leave it be could you?

Brady: What the fuck are you doing?

Wilcox: I have had to sit by for years and watch you with this insane pursuit of the Degrazzio family. I have waited for over 8 years to be promoted while you run-around playing Super Cop.

Brady: Put the gun down bro..

Wilcox: (Points the gun at Brady) Don't call me bro!

He is about to pull the trigger when a nurse comes walking in. She starts to scream and three shots ring out. Wilcox stands for a moment looking at Brady lying in the bed. Then Wilcox falls to the floor dead. Brady puts his weapon down which he had pulled out from under his pillow. Brady looks at Wilcox lying on the floor in a pool of blood. The scene goes to slow motion as everything plays out in Brady's head over and over and he begins to piece things together and realizes that Wilcox was working with them the whole time. Doctors and nurses come running into the room and security officers run in as the scene fades to black.

Scene 4: An amusement Park somewhere in Boston.

Big Jim O'Leary has been released out of jail and is back in Boston. He is walking with one of his men known only as "Chains". Chains is one of the family hitters and has over 100 hits under his belt. O'Leary is talking to him about a job he had done.

Jim: So did you take care of that loose end form last week?

Chains: No.

Jim: No?

Chains: It will be taken care of. I will do it personally.

Jim: Forget it. Too much heat around as it is. I got word from Old Man Gomezabino that the commission is due to meet later this week. I will need you to go with me.

Chains: Just me?

Jim: You got a problem with that?

Chains: It's not that Boss.. I have an uneasy feeling.

Jim: I been in the can for the most part of the last decade. I have had a lot of time to think about shit in the can. A lot of people owe me..alot of those people will be at the commission meeting.

Chains: I'm not following?

Jim: (He turns to Chains and grabs his shoulders) It's time to do a real hit now!

Chains looks at O'Leary with a looks of concern.

Chains: What are you planning to do?

Jim: I am sick and tired of having to kick up to an administration that barely knows I exist!

Chains: You're talkin stupid now Jim, you need to have a drink. let's go down to Santino's Bar and tie a few on.

Jim: I am not in the mood for drinks. I went to see that cocksucker Totino. I asked him.. respectfully to give me a bigger share of Oliveria Trucking. He laughed and said it "Can't happen". He sits down there in Florida with his mansions and his fancy boats and fancy cars. What do I have over here? Something, Anything at all should come down to me am I right?

Chains: You are absolutely right Jim, but think about what you want to do. We do not have the man power to pull a move of that magnitude.

Jim: Maybe not yet...but we will

The Scene fades to black.

Scene 5: CWFBI Headquarters

CWFBI Agents sit in a room during a conference regarding the latest events involving the Degrazzio organization. They have been discussing the murders of the police officers as well as Irene Waters.

Agent Salvo: We arrested someone yesterday in connection to a body we found 3 days ago upstate.

Agent Johnson: Is that the Luca Brasi case?

Agent Salvo: That's the one. DNA evidence will confirm if we have the right guy or not but I think that is just a formality at this point in time?

Agent Johnson: Oh? (Now he seems very interested.)

Agent Salvo: He says he has something he can tell us if we are willing to do something for him?

Agent Johnson: Do something for him? What the hell can we do for him?

Agent Salvo: He wants us to keep him alive!

Agent Johnson: Who is he?

Agent Salvo looks over at another agent who starts reading a document on the table.

Agent Allan: here you go sir. (He hands Agent Salvo a piece of paper.)

Agent Salvo: His name is Charles Wilson, A.K.A. "Gunner" A.K.A. "Charlie" A.K.A. "Lone Gunman". So far that is all we have on him. He is an associate of the Degrazzio family and he owns a little pawn shop down on First Avenue.

Agent Johnson: bring him in here, let's see what he has to say.

One of the agents leave and return minutes later with Charlie in handcuffs. Charlie takes a seat at the table and looks at the agents sitting there.

Agent Johnson: Just so you know, when that DNA test comes back, you WILL be going to jail.

Charlie: What if I told you I could give you the entire Degrazzio Family?
