The camera pans into a quiet neighborhood. Birds are chirping and  dogs can be heard barking back and forth. The mail man is making his deliveries. He is seen stopping and getting out and walking to each house delivering mail. He gets back into his mail truck and drives off to the next street. There is little else for activity happening. The only person on the street is coming out of one of the apartment buildings. The person can be seen as he comes into the sunlight. It is Sonny The Fist. He lights up a smoke and adjusts a gun hidden in his back under his jacket. He takes a puff and blows out the smoke as he takes another look around. He takes one last drag off his smoke and throws it on the ground. He steps on it and twists his foot, making sure to completely put it out. He unlocks his door and climbs in. He adjust the mirror and he can see a car driving up from behind. It is driving slowly. Sonny looks nervous. He pulls out his gun and slumps lower into his seat as the car pulls up alongside of the car and then keeps driving. Sonny can see the driver, he is looking for an address, probably a delivery driver he says to himself. Sonny turns the key.... the car explodes in a massive explosion that rocks the neighborhood and shatters windows for blocks as the camera pans out. Sonny is no more...

Scene 2: Police Headquarters

Captain Brady is in a room with a field agent Johnson from CWFBI Headquarters. They are discussing the family structure of the Degrazzio/Gomezabino Crime Family. The camera pans to the wall where they have a detailed graph with pictures showing the organizational structure. Brady has just finished placing Jay Gomezabino's picture at the Boss position of the family tree.

Brady: Gomezabino is officially Boss of the Degrazzio family. CW 22 is due to hand over a tape that has an induction ceremony on it.

Johnson: I don't think I have to remind you gentlemen how delicate this situation is. CW 22 is not just any witness...he is THE witness. His infiltration will help us bring Gomezabino and the entire family down.

Officer #1: We got word this morning that Sonny The fist was killed in a  car bomb explosion. The coroner said he almost couldn't use the dental records due to the damage from the initial explosion.

Officer #2: We also have information about a possible front for a heroin operation being run by Johny Fingers. Fingers is said to hold the rank of Capo or higher in the family.

Brady: (Takes Johny's picture and pins it into the Capo position on the tree) We need to get someone close to Fingers. Let's see if we can get him to slip up.

Officer #1: Not gonna happen sir. He is never alone and he never talks in public. Last time we had anyone close enough to get him on tape, all he did was nod yes or no to any questions. He is a smart sonova bitch I will give him that!

Johnson: That's where CW 22 comes in. Johny will trust him..maybe even enough to talk. All we need is for him to mention anything about it.

Brady: (Points at the two officers) You two start putting pressure on Joe Gomezabino and Steve Mazzone. We know both of them had contact with Sonny within the last week. if anyone knows what happened, it will be them.

Scene 3: In a dark movie theatre downtown.

Joe is watching a movie with a girlfriend of his. They are eating popcorn and laughing at the movie. The theatre is quite full and they are very involved in the movie when Joe feels a tap on his shoulder. he turns around to see a man standing there. He shows Joe a badge and asks him to go with him. Joe's girlfriend asks if everything is alright and Joe just tells her to stay put and watch the movie and that he will be right back.

Joe: (walking with the officer) You had to do this here ya fuckhead?

Officer: Keep talking like that and we can do this downtown if ya like.

Joe: Fuck you! I haven't done shit you cocksucker!

Officer: (Grabs Joe by the arm and pulls him around the corner) Listen to me and listen good. What do you know about the death of Sonny Provenzano?

Joe: (A look of shock comes over him) What the fuck are you talking about? Sonny is not dead.

Officer: I assure you, he is dead. What do you know about him.

Joe slumps against the wall. He sits down on the bench and puts his head into his hands. He sits silent for what seems like hours. Talking through his hands, he says..

Joe: He was my friend. (Looks up at the officer) How did he die?

Officer: You haven't heard? I thought you gangsters knew everything?

Joe: (Yelling) I am not a fucking gangster. Do I look like a fucking gangster to you? I work for a living you piece of shit. Now if you got nothing more to say to me, get the fuck out of here and quit wasting my time.

Officer: (Smiles) We will be seeing you soon Mr. Gomezabino.

Joe: Yeah great, go fuck yourself.

The scene ends with Joe making a phone call and his girlfriend coming out into the lobby as the officer is seen getting into his car outside.

Scene 4: Funeral for Sonny

The camera is going around the funeral parlour and we see the faces of a lot of Degrazzio and Totino family members. Joe is seen in the corner talking to Johny Fingers and Joey Merlino. Jay is in the other corner talking privately to Steve Mazzone and Slick Rick. As the camera pans around the room, Mac comes into the room and is greeted by several members and he is accompanied by a friend of his. He walks over to Johny and Johny hugs him right away.

Mac:  Hey John, this is Caesar, he is a friend of ours from Yonkers.

John: How you doing Caesar, nice to meet ya.

Mac: Crazy fuckin shit huh? I haven't heard of a car bomb hit since Old Man Asaro got hit back in 93'.

John: Sonny burnt a lot of bridges in his day.

Joe: Fuck that! He didn't deserve that shit and you know it. That cocksucker that calls himself my Mothers son had him killed.

Merlino: Joe, calm down, you don't know that.

Joe: Look at him over there, talkin to Mazzone in private..what the fuck they hidin?

As they are talkin, Slick Rick walks over to talk to Joe.

Rick: The Boss wants to see you.

Joe: Tell him I will be over in a minute.

Rick: (Leans in to Joe) he says now Joe.

Joe looks at Rick and the others, then he goes over to see Jay. Jay motions for him to go into the other room. As Joe enters the room Jay grabs Joe and slams him up against the wall. Jay grips Joe tightly around the neck and throat.

Jay: You listen to me now little brother and you listen good. You'd be a fuckin idiot to believe me if I said I didn't kill Sonny.. But I didn't kill him. Now this shit you got burnin you up inside..it stops today! or you and me..we're finished, you got me? This will be the end of the road for you baby brother.

Joe: But..

Jay: Shut up! You're done talking. This is the time to listen. You been going around shootin off your mouth and saying shit. I hear all my friend, and if you weren't my little brother, you'd be floating down the river right about now and you know it.

Joe: Can I explain?

Jay: NO! You can shut your fuckin mouth and do as you are told like everyone else. From now on, you report to John.

Joe: What the fuck? I am being passed over?

Jay: That's the price you pay for your fuckin mouth. You will be a Captain when I say you're a captain and not before. That fuckin mouth of yours Joe, it's always been a problem.

Jay lets his grip go and he places his hand on Joes face.

Jay: I miss Vic too man, but you got to let it go or it will kill us all.

Joe: There isn't a day that goes by that I don't think of killing Totino.

Jay: He is a Boss now kid, you leave it alone.. That's final, Capische'?

Joe looks at Jay for a long moment, then he nods his head in agreement.

Joe: Capische!

They leave the room as everyone is looking at them. They all start heading to their cars and head out to the graveyard where Sonny's remains will be buried. The day is raining hard and most of the men are wearing sunglasses. As they are saying their goodbyes to Sonny, the FBI can be seen taking pictures of everyone who is there and their vehicles but it doesn't seem to phase the men in attendance. The camera pans out and fades to black.

Scene 5: Little Caesar

Mac and Caesar are eating lunch at one of their usual spots. They are discussing upcoming ventures for the family.

Mac: How we looking on those no show jobs on Site 141?

Caesar: The guy says he can do 5 tops but that you gotta ease up on the salary until he can get back on his feet.

Mac: Ease up? You tell that degenerate cocksucker that I want no less than 10 no shows and the rate stays the same.

Caesar: Done!

Mac: I got Jimmy and Vinnie checkin into some new businesses that were opened up in our neighborhood. I need you to put some money out on the street down there for us.

Caesar: 2 and 1/2 like usual?

Mac: yea, but make sure you go see that fat fuck Zaccariah. That cunt owes me 5 grand and he has been duckin me for days.

Caesar: So you want me to collect?

Mac: I want you to collect, then I want you to send him a message about what happens when you hide from me.

The scene changes to a small shop on the other side of town. Shlomo Zaccariah is sitting behind his desk looking at some jewelery that was brought in. As he is sitting there, the bell above the door dings as two men walk in. Caesar and Luca Brasi are there to see Shlomo.

Shlomo: Can I help you gentlemen.

Caesar: Yes, I think you can.

Luca moves in behind Shlomo.

Shlomo: (nervously speaking) What is this about?

Luca: Oh, I think you know exactly what this is.

Caesar sits on the desk right in front of Shlomo.

Caesar: We are here in regards to your over due account with our Boss. I think you need to give us something.

Shlomo: (Looking at Luca) I can't come up with 5 grand just like that, I need time.

Luca: (Looks at Caesar) Oh, well shit, all he needs is time. Ok, we will just go then and see ya some other time.

Caesar and Luca break into hysterical laughter. Shlomo is visibly nervous. Luca slugs Shlomo 4 times in rapid succession right in the face. Shlomo falls to the floor bleeding from the mouth. Luca grabs Shlomo and picks him up off the floor. He throws him into the filing cabinet and then begins to beat him furiously. He then stops the attack and throws Shlomo into the chair. Shlomo is barely conscious now, but he is aware.

Caesar: let's try this again..Where is the fuckin money?

Shlomo: (Spitting out blood and pointing to the corner) It's.. It's in the safe.

Caesar: (motions to Luca) Go see if it's there.

Luca finds the safe behind a panel in the wall. He sees that there is a combination lock on it. He looks over at Shlomo and Shlomo reads out a series of numbers as Luca begins to turn the dial. he opens the safe and there is several stacks of money in the safe. he counts it out and finds over 25 grand.

Caesar: This don't make sense. You got 25 grand in there and you can't pay the Boss?

Shlomo: (In a muffled voice due to injuries) It's not my money.

Caesar: (Bends over towards Shlomo) What? I didn't quite hear that?

Shlomo: (Looking up at Caesar with the one eye that isn't swollen shut) I said, it's not my money.

Luca: You're right about that fuckhead..it's ours!

Luca pulls out a gun and shoots Shlomo twice in the back of the head. Caesar looks at the slumping body of Shlomo and shakes his head.

Caesar: Degenerate gamblers, they think it's never their fault. Let's get the fuck outta here.

The two of them leave the store as sirens are heard in the background. As they leave the store in their car, the camera begins to pan out. As the car is seen driving down the road, the store explodes into flames. The scene fades to black.

Scene 6: The indictments

The scene starts with us seeing the door of Jay's house. A hand can be seen reaching up to knock. It gives a knock on the door. Jay look's out the door and sees 9 FBI agenst satnding outside the door. One of them shows a badge and identifies himself. the others grab Jay and handcuff him. Jay's wife looks on in horror and Jay tells her to call the lawyer. We then see the door of Joe's house and the same is repeated. In total, Joe Gomezabino, Jay Gomezabino, Johny Fingers, Joey Merlino, Steve Mazzone and Gaetano Totino have been arrested on varying charges. The news is seen on television as Several Mobsters look on from a local club down town.

News Broadcast: Several Members of the Degrazzio Crime organization and several of their Associates from the Totino crime organization were arrested early this morning in what police are calling " The most impressive Mafia takedown in CWFBI history". Sources say that charges stem from Grand Larceny and racketeering to murder and possible terrorism charges may be laid in one case that is not being made public at this time. We have also learned that the CWFBI may have a key witness in the case against Jay "The Wop" Gomezabino, reputed Boss of the Degrazzio crime organization. More news at eleven.

Donovan: Motherfucker. they got the old man too?

Ritchie: We need to call a meeting. We need to see who is here and who isn't.

Donovan: I agree. Call Rick and Luca, get them down here right away.

Ritchie: We should probably send word to Mac as well. If this shit gets bad, we may have to lam it.

Donovan: Fuck that! Nobody runs, we stay here and watch the home front until jay gets word to us.

Ritchie: First Sonny, now this? Now they have a snitch? What the fuck is happening to us?

Donovan: They are trying to break us. It's that fuckin Stone. he started all of this. I know he killed Sonny.

Ritchie: You think he is behind this?

Donovan: (Pulls Ritchie close) Stone needs to go. I will try to get word to Jay.

Ritchie: Clippin a Fed, you sure about this?

Donovan: Get it done. I will contact Mac. It's time for a house cleaning!
